I had been visiting the Charleston SC area for many years with my wife Kim in the hopes that some day it would become our permanent residence and it has. We both truly love the weather, the beaches, the history,  and all what the area has to offer. I’ve been a resident of the Charleston area now for more than 14 years and have over 10 years  in the Real Estate industry in Charleston and New York.
